Within 14 days of receipt you may return the goods without giving a reason (Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia, art. 27–37). Items must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Stickers and posters with opened packaging cannot be returned.To return an item, write to [email protected] with your order number. Refunds go back the same way you paid: card payments only to the card via the bank (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard), YooKassa payments to the original method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back.Size exchanges are free within Serbia while the size is in the print run.
